• Over ten years experience in the industry with 280 hours of NACHI approved continuing education
  related to Residential & Commercial Inspection.

• Full time inspector including continuing student training in building safety.

• Member in good standing at NACHI, the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

• Member of the ICC, or International Code Council, which focuses and sets the standards on building
  safety.

• Member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors.

• Adhere to the State of Arizona Standards of Professional Practice for Home Inspectors.
